Terms and Conditions
- Seasonal maintenance greatly reduces organic load and keeps features nicer year round. Cleanouts for Bronze and higher packages are discounted to reflect this.
- The typical cleanout includes draining the pond or basin, storing fish, pressure washing and rinsing, removing organic debris and inspecting feature components. Your service may vary from this description depending on your specific needs.
- All non-cleanout visits will include a beneficial bacteria treatment and manual removing of debris with a pond net from edge of pond. These visits include a visual inspection of components and filtration devices as well.
- For all packages, cleanouts are invoiced separately from the rest of the service (50% due at signing, 50% due upon completion). For Bronze packages, the remaining services will be invoiced separately. For Silver and Gold Packages remaining maintenance visits will be averaged into a monthly invoice.
- Packages available to existing customers only. New customer or customers who missed the previous year’s cleanout will see an additional cost on the cleanout, billed with the cleanout.
- For the IonGen rental, customers with a functional IonGen control panel will only be invoiced for a replacement probe, not the whole panel. For Automatic Dosing System Rentals, customers with a functional control panel will get necessary replacement parts. Once a panel fails the service will be converted to a full rental.
- Estimates are good for 60 days. Manufacturer Warranty included on all product. Water feature repairs are not warrantable due to uncertainties of entire system. Due to constant market fluctuation, materials estimated may be subject to change depending availability and pricing. Sales Tax added to invoices outside of proposals.

All Deluxe packages for Pondless Waterfalls and Fountains include a spring cleanout when ordered before March 1st**. Customers who order a Deluxe Pond maintenance package before March 1st can get a xx% discount on both a maintenance package AND spring cleanout**.
* “Party Ready” claims require customers to have an Aquascape ecosystem pond or Aquascape style pondless waterfall. However, non-ecosystem ponds still greatly benefit from the Deluxe Package.
