Terms and Conditions
- All Spring Start-Ups are invoiced separately from other services.
- 50% due at signing, remaining 50% due upon completion of the Spring Start-Up service.
- Bronze and Silver – Mid-Summer and/or Winterization services will be invoiced separately.
- 100% due upon completion of services.
- Gold – All remaining services will be invoiced monthly, regardless of the season. This billing structure, like an insurance policy, ensures consistent coverage and support throughout the year, as well as prioritized scheduling.
- Due the 1st of every month from June through April.
- Eligibility for the Gold Package is contingent upon meeting specific requirements. These requirements include, but are not limited to:
- System assessment and documentation by Brookside.
- Presence of a remotely accessible controller (Hydrawise recommended).
- General good health of the irrigation system.
- All packages include a “Not to Exceed” repair agreement, which covers one head replacement per four zones, along with other repairs. This prior authorization task is based on time and materials and is designed to improve the efficiency of day-to-day operations by eliminating time-intensive communication and estimation/approval processes. If costs exceed the agreement, we will seek your approval before continuing. Larger repairs may require a return visit, depending on the severity of the damage.
- Gold package – The “Not-to-Exceed” repair agreement will receive the listed discount and are advertised as such.
- All maintenance programs require a one-time assessment and documentation by Brookside. This is separate from the brief, repair-oriented assessment conducted during startups. The price for the maintenance assessment varies based on the size and scope of your irrigation system.
- During the process of winterization, systems that have brass blow-out valves will undergo air blowing using compressed air.
